Dejamos de momento a los grandes grupos de Thrash estado unidense, para pasar a la segunda oleada de grupos que apareció tras la Bay Area, los del thrash Europeo!

Aunque cada grupo es un mundo, por lo general algunos de los rasgos característicos del thrash europeo, sobre todo del alemán, es temáticas de violencia y agresión, sobre todo guerra, odio, asesinato a sangre fria, venganzas, traiciones... Tal vez el pasado histórico bélico del país ha contribuído a que sea asi me imagino. 

El thrash europeo además tiene unas guitarras mas rápidas y agresivas, y con un sonido muy logrado y no tan "sucio" y "underground" como el de algunas bandas de california. 

Por supuesto todo esto son tan solo generalizaciones, si nos ponemos a ver caso por caso hay de todo, como pasa con cualquier cosa.

En fin, vamos a lo que sería tal vez el "Big Four" europeo, y uno de los que no podría faltar son Destruction. Décadas haciendo thrash, y fieles al estilo a dia de hoy todavía, y con un directo totalmente acojonante para ser 3 como son ahora mismo.
